We are looking for people who want to help build our quickly growing business. We are a bakery specializing in giant, fresh, handmade cookies and we are blowing up right now - opening many new locations this year! We want upbeat and friendly applicants looking to have fun and do some good, but who also do really well under stress and in a high tempo environment. Serious bonus points if you are a people person and love cookies.
This is one of the most important positions on our team. Our Shift leads orchestrate shifts to make sure that everything runs smoothly - just like it should. They help fill online orders, make cookie dough, help coordinate baking cookies with our bakers, and jump in wherever they are needed!
We are looking for someone with flexible scheduling.
What We're Looking For:
You love serving customers and multitasking. The thought of selling warm, fresh baked cookies is your idea of a night well spent. You aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves, get covered in flour, and get things done.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You are organized, efficient, and good with people!
You are comfortable in a kitchen, and working with ingredients (even if you've never worked in a professional kitchen!)
Qualifications:
Available to work weekends and late night hours, including some holidays.
At least 18 years of age and earned a High School diploma or GED
Passionate about quality, service and people.
Thrives in a fast paced, high pressure environment, and is a team player.
Attention to detail and focused on getting the job done the right way--always.
Previous management experience is preferred, but not required.
Demonstrates strong interpersonal communication skills.
Able to take direction and suggestions for improvement.
Food Handlers Permit is always a plus!
