The Company is known for producing the highest quality snacks in assorted flavors and sizes, including kettle cooked potato chips, traditional potato chips, tortilla chips, cheese curls and other extruded snacks, and corn chips, as well as cookies, crackers, and wafers.Senior Manager, Continuous ImprovementBurlington, IowaWe are seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Sr. Manager to lead and drive operational excellence at our Burlington, IA Site location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accelerating the CI change efforts inside their site by implementing strategies to optimize processes, reducing downtime and waste, and increasing efficiency within the site. This role requires strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, and a proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
