TEKsystems is looking to hire a Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist to work with one of the largest, rapidly growing banks in the Midwest!
* Pay: $20.00-$22.00/hour* Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm* In-office position: office located in Westerville, OH*Job Description:*
* Work a pipeline of pending servicing transfers* Review and utilize reports to reconcile loans pending for servicing transfer* Reconciling to determine what changed and what needs addressed* Ensure bank has received money required for purchasing advices* Analyze data/dollar amounts to prepare entries for review* Send out regulatory notices to borrowers*Additional Skills & Qualifications:*
* Solid understanding of debit and credits* Knowledge of Escrow is a big plus* Knowledge of mortgage loan servicing is preferred* Excellent written communication skills* Organized/detail oriented* Problem-solver* Reliable/ability to work in-office
