Qualifications

Currently enrolled as a student at Ithaca CollegeFamiliarity with concert production, including reading stage plotsCourteous and engaging personality, confident conversing with professional guestsExperience with Ithaca College platforms including 25Live Pro, Asset Essentials, Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPointResponsibilities

Create, modify, and confirm room reservations on 25Live ProSubmit maintenance requests via Asset EssentialsAssist with scheduling of other student employee shiftsGather supplies for events and guest artist visits, including setting up rooms and posting signage around Whalen.Drafting emails and announcementsOther duties as needed.Schedule/Hours

Office Hours are Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Most work will take place in this time frame, but occasionally, evenings or weekends may be required.5-15 hours a week, some weeks will have more work available than others, averaging out to about 10.Work schedule is flexible to suit your academic schedule.There will be some opportunities for remote work.Pay Rate: $15.00Instruction to Applicants
