The company currently manages about 10,000 units in Los Angeles, Irvine, Seattle, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Tucson, Austin, Chicago, San Francisco, and Berkeley.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a background in PropTech (Property Technology) and Real Estate. As an integral part of our sales team, the successful candidate will play a key role in identifying and generating leads, establishing new business relationships, and contributing to the growth of our organization.Responsibilities:

Assist the company in reaching out to third-party property owners through various channels and methods.Develop strategies to engage third-party property owners.Build relationships with property owners, promoting our company as their preferred property management company (PMC).Utilize marketing, networking, and outreach methods to connect with potential clients.Tailor PMC services to meet property owners’ needs and expectations.Collaborate with internal teams for client integration.Monitor industry trends for new business opportunities.Provide regular reports on business development activities.Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Real Estate industry.Proven track record in sales development and lead generation.Strong understanding of PropTech trends and the Real Estate market.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Ability to work onsite full-time in the Ktown area of Los Angeles.Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 a year (Base salary + Commission, total earnings can range from $65,000 to $177,000)If you are a results-driven individual with a passion for sales, Proptech, and Real Estate, we invite you to apply and join our dynamic team.
