Working under the general supervision of the City Manager, the Finance & Administrative Services Director is a member of the City's executive leadership team. The Finance Department is responsible for maintaining the financial records of the City and Phoenix Urban Renewal Agency. Primary functions include overseeing the annual audit and preparation of the annual budget and ongoing monitoring of budget compliance throughout the year. Additional responsibilities include accounts payable, accounts receivable, general accounting, debt management, and purchasing. The Finance Department also oversees utility billing services and transient lodging tax programs. The Department operates with a budget of $500,800 and a team of 5 FTEs.Why Apply
