What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage the delivery of interface projects to obtain Claims, Scheduling, and Clinical data from vendorsEngage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of interfacesPlan and discover connectivity, data delivery, and bring interfaces liveProvide critical leadership to ensure the overall quality of project planning and executionManage multiple healthcare integration projects simultaneously
What Is Required (Qualifications)
6+ years of program management or equivalent experience4+ years of experience with interoperability standards and methodologies4+ years of experience with APIs, HL7 v2/v3, ORU, XDS.b, XDA, XDM, SFTP, VPN, or related communication protocols4+ years of experience working with electronic health record (EHR), practice management, billing system, hospital system, etc.Experience and strong skills in negotiating contracts with vendors

Strong knowledge of healthcare administrative and clinical data setsA strong data-driven mentality and prioritization frameworkExcellent organizational and communication skillsStrong skills in cross-functional collaboration, influence, and communicationMaster's degree in a technical field or other relevant fields
