Job SummaryThe Performance Improvement team is an entrepreneurial and agile group of results-oriented and collaborative practitioners responsible for driving a portfolio of strategic and OP impacting initiatives across the organization. The team reports to the CEO and works closely with senior leadership and the business to manage large scale transformation programs and portfolios of projects for continuous improvement. We work in an environment of partnership, personal development, and collaboration in a project-based consulting model.
