The International Customer Insights and Analytics team is on a mission to foster a customer-obsessed and EDLP (Everyday Low Price) culture across global markets. As part of International Operations, we collaborate closely with various business areas and leadership teams within the International Support Team (IST) and international markets.About the Role:

As a Senior Manager, you will lead and develop end-to-end data products to support decision-making processes. Your responsibilities will include driving the vision for data products, building roadmaps based on business value assessments, and prioritizing deliverables. You will identify and translate business needs and requirements across various markets and IST teams into technical requirements. Effective communication with cross-functional technology and business partners is essential. Furthermore, you will test, socialize, and drive adoption of deliverables once completed. You will innovate by building new or transforming existing reporting and data science products through automation, process enhancements, and incorporating new data sources. Additionally, you will apply advanced analytics and machine learning skills to solve key problems across the international business.As part of the international team, you’ll have the opportunity to influence and create vantage points for all international markets.What You’ll Do:Tech Problem Formulation:

Analyze and recommend solutions to business problems using analytics and automation techniques.Data Source Identification:

Identify and ensure the quality of business data sources required for analysis.Data Strategy:

Develop and apply data strategies to solve complex business problems.Exploratory Data Analysis:

Utilize relevant tools and techniques to analyze data and provide insights.Data Quality Management:

Implement and monitor data quality strategies to ensure data is fit for purpose.Understanding Business Context:

Develop business strategies and drive impactful initiatives with executive leaders.Data Visualization:

Create compelling visual representations of data to communicate insights effectively.Develop Partnerships:

Lead community outreach initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business goals.You’ll Sweep Us Off Our Feet If:You are proficient in programming languages like SQL and Python/R, Data processing and BI visualization tools (Dataiku, Tableau Prep, Tableau, Power BI).You have a strong customer mindset, love taking ownership to solve business challenges, and enjoy continually learning through experimentation.You have experience working in a cross-functional environment, managing, and communicating with stakeholders from different domain areas.You have rich experience in customer insights, pricing analytics, inventory management, or related areas.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field and 4 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or a related area OR 6 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or a related area.2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.Preferred Qualifications:Master’s degree in Business or a related field.3 years’ experience with statistical programming languages.3 years’ supervisory experience.3 years’ experience working with cross-functional teams.Project Management certification.Six Sigma certification.Benefits & Perks:
