The group's mission is to deliver Real Estate expertise, resources, and products in addition to change and cost evaluations that exceed industry standards to internal Amazon customers.

For this role, Amazon is seeking a candidate that is fluent in Japanese and is able to travel to the Asia Pacific region periodically for business.Key Job Responsibilities

The person in this role will be leveraged as Global Realty's single threaded owner and expert on all products and services associated with building design, building engineering, design change, and optimized cost evaluation for Amazon's existing and planned real estate portfolio. This includes:Manage deliverables for weekly, monthly, annual and multi-year planning and business reviews within Global RealtyExecute the annual goals planning processImplement systems that ensure strong follow-up management occurs on action items and questions with relevant senior leadersManagement of competing priorities across a wide range of stakeholdersEnsure time is focused on the highest value activities and issuesBuild and manage agendas for leadership meetings and off sitesProvide an independent perspective and acting as a sounding board for ideasCreate content for periodic update emails and all-hands meetings as well as internal and external presentationsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of program or project management experienceExperience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvementsExperience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadershipConversational level fluency in JapanesePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of driving process improvements experienceMaster's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related fieldAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
