Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Principal QA & Testing Specialist to fill an open position with a Fortune 500 company based in the greater Connecticut area. This Principal role offers an exciting opportunity to lead in the QA & Testing space, particularly focusing on Salesforce implementations. In this role, you'll be responsible for analyzing and designing new QA procedures and standards, as well as assisting in the development and implementation of QA metrics for assessing the quality of Salesforce implementations. You'll also play a key role in setting up and maintaining Test Management best practices using Provar Test Manager for Salesforce projects.In this role you will:Analyze and design new or modified QA procedures and standardsSet up and maintain Test Management best practices for Salesforce projects using Provar Test ManagerWork with Product Owner and IT leadership to establish and maintain a consistent test methodologyDraft, revise, and approve test plans and scriptsDefine best practices for functional testing, smoke testing, and automated regression testingEnsure all tests are successfully completed with adequate test coverageTrack and monitor defects in lower environmentsFacilitate root cause analysis of production defectsContribute to planning the overall organizational QA strategyBenefits and Perks
