As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager to join their dynamic commercial team.
Key Responsibilities:Business Growth : Support the expansion of the company in line with strategic plans and targets.Market Research : Identify and explore new market opportunities.Client Relations : Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring ongoing support and communication.Account Management : Manage key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.Technical Liaison : Collaborate with engineering teams to formulate and amend proposals based on customer specifications.Customer Visits : Conduct UK-wide customer visits, including site inspections and measurements of heat exchange and related process equipment.Product Knowledge : Advise customers on the features, functions, and benefits of the company's process equipment.Customer Service : Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.Networking : Attend industrial events, conferences, and exhibitions to expand professional networks.
Essential Requirements:Strong commitment to service excellence and customer relationships.Broad knowledge of industrial process equipment.Understanding of different industrial sectors and key machinery providers.Basic understanding of heat transfer equipment.Proven sales experience.
