RoleResponsible for project leadership across all designated projects with a focus on associated finances and project schedule which includes coordinating all deliverables and requirements across a broad cross-functional project team. Verify all projects are completed according to the underlying customer contract and agreed upon timelines while complying with Crown Castle’s code of conduct, policies and procedures. Identify and lead mitigation of project risk while keeping key stakeholders informed. This role requires a clear and concise understanding of all project management principles: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing.

ResponsibilitiesTranslate customer orders into workable projects within CCI PM tools & applicationsUnderstand customer scope of work, goals, project timelines and expected run ratesDrive resource and logistical needs to stay ahead of project requirementsAttend deployment customer meetings as a subject matter expert (SME) for CCIEnsure Crown Castle and customer systems are maintained with accurate and reportable dataReport project status against commitments and keep customer and stakeholders informedResolve conflicts and drive issue resolution with customer and all stakeholdersOwn financial accountability across all individual and collection of assigned projectsManage scope creep and other work order changes according to contractual practicesEscalate issues through internal lines of business and with customer management hierarchy

Education/CertificationsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experienceProject Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred

Experience/Minimum RequirementsMinimum of five (5) + years of project management experienceExperience managing project budgets or related financial experienceCustomer facing project management experience a plusExperience with shared DAS infrastructure a plusMicrosoft Project and Excel advanced skills a plus

Working Conditions:

This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office on Monday through Thursday. On Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home. There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.

Compensation Information:

For New York, Colorado, California, and Washington residents the hiring range offered for this position is $85,040 - $122,245 annually. In addition to salary, employees are eligible for an annual bonus of up to 15% of annual salary and restricted stock. Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Employees will also receive 18 days of paid time off each year and 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
