Responsibilities:
Identify areas for continuous improvement.Lead cross-functional teams in the execution and reporting of quality improvement projects with a focus on overall process improvements, scrap reduction, and incoming supplier quality.Execute LEAN manufacturing techniques and design.Conduct root cause analysis and utilize 8D problem-solving experience.Lead value stream mapping exercises to determine and record business improvements.Track and execute cost reduction for process improvements.Lead quality-related activities and ensure QMS compliance.Develop and sustain employee training and development on lean concepts.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or equivalent.Minimum of 4+ years of proven experience utilizing Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing initiatives in a production environment.Work experience with the implementation of adaptable robotics/automation preferred.At least 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.At least 4+ years of experience in a Lean Leadership position.Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.Skills:
