Synergy's core areas of expertise are in the fields of Digital Transformation, Cloud Solutions, SaaS and Low-Code/No-Code solutions, Emerging Technologies, Data analytics and Visualization, Information Assurance, and Business Process Re-Engineering.Synergy offers its employees a generous portfolio of core and voluntary benefits including group medical, dental, and vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k) with immediately vested company match, PTO/Sick Leave, 11 paid federal holidays, company paid life, short-term and long-term disability insurance, tuition and training reimbursement, fitness/wellness reimbursement, a referral bonus program, and life management programs.This position is designated as work-from-home/remote.Essential Functions & Duties:Manage multiple concurrent Low Code/No Code (LCNC) product and platform-focused projects across various and asynchronous delivery lifecycle phases.Oversee projects with individual values exceeding $5 million, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.Develop and maintain actionable project plans, roadmaps, and executive briefings, focusing on outcomes and impacts.Communicate project deliverables, timeline constraints, action items, next steps, escalation levers, and blockers clearly and effectively to customers, support members, and third-party participants.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of project activities.Monitor project performance, track key metrics, and manage risks to ensure project objectives are met.Prepare and deliver regular status updates and reports to stakeholders.Skills, Qualifications and Certifications of Best Candidates:Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Experience in managing cloud or cyber-related projects is a plus.Required Qualifications:Experience managing multiple concurrent LCNC product and platform-focused projects, each with individual values over $5 million.One entry-level industry-recognized cloud/cyber certification, such as Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK), Security+, or Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP).Strong written communication skills for creating actionable project plans, roadmaps, and executive briefings.Effective verbal communication skills to articulate project deliverables, timelines, action items, and issues clearly.Required Citizenship or Work Authorization:

5 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific/technical discipline. 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is: $80,000-$98,000.Essential Job Function Physical Requirements:
