Seeking a Lead Product Manager who will be responsible for collaborating with multiple internal and external partners to produce consolidated strategic roadmaps of in-flight and planned initiatives across the organization. Their work will include monitoring the overall product health within their domain, as well as conducting industry, market and internal research to identify current-state and opportunities for future growth. They will be responsible for collaborating with partners of various disciplines, including Product Management, Operations Integration, Site Operations, Marketing, Consumer Insights, Creative Design, Analytics, Software Engineering, and more.

A successful candidate will be highly collaborative, able to work effectively in a matrix organization, and adept at synthesizing a large amount of data into strategic recommendations that will drive the Guest and Cast experience forward.

Responsibilities

Partner with internal stakeholders to produce an ongoing consolidated domain roadmap of in-flight and future initiatives.Shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the domain.Define and monitor key performance metrics to track organizational performance within context of the domain, while identifying areas for optimization that drive continuous improvement initiatives.Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional collaborators, including product, engineering, design, commercial, and customer support.Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.Contribute to product roadmaps for the Digital Guest & Cast Experience supporting the assigned domain.Align the product roadmap with relevant business partners and anticipate impact on Cast Efficiency and Guest Satisfaction along with other desirable product outcomes.Assist the team in translating the domain vision into presentations that will be shared with Executive audiences and partners across the organization.Provide input into solution design for new product features to ensure product objectives are met and performance is measured and realized.Basic Qualifications

Passion for evolving and improving the digital Guest and Cast experience.Demonstrated ability to champion projects from beginning through implementation.Ability to build relationships and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders from different backgrounds and functions.Ability to analyze complex data sets to determine trends and identify future business opportunities.Strong problem-solving skills, including a demonstrated ability to identify, understand, and drive resolution of complex critical issues.Experience with Agile software development methodology.Experience with project management tools such as Jira.Experience with data reporting tools such as Business Objects and Tableau.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including the ability to create presentable content and communicate through it effectively for all levels of the organization including front line Cast Members and senior executives.Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.Preferred Qualifications

Previous product management experience.Previous experience integrating technical projects with Site Operations.Experience within hospitality and/or technology industries.Masters degree or equivalent work experience.Education

The estimated pay range for this position is USD $85.00/hr - $91.50/hr and is an Exempt role. Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.Benefits
