Senior Analyst, Specialty Compliance and Ethics – US Trade Exports

As a Senior Analyst, Specialty Compliance and Ethics for US Trade Exports, you will be responsible for managing the consistency of compliance and ethics primarily in the areas of US Trade and Exports: responding to compliance questions and issues related to Walmart’s export shipments, Schedule B and ECCN classification, Licensing Determination, Restricted Party Screening; Shipping document generation; drafting and updating policies and standard operating procedures, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to mitigate business risk.

You’ll make an impact by:

You have provided business support for US Export transactions and projects.

You have Schedule B and Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) knowledge to accurately classify items under the Export Administration Regulation (EAR).

You have experience with applicable government agencies on compliance with US Export regulations.

You have experience with Sanctions and Restricted Party Screening.

You are customer service driven, flexible and adapt well to change.

You are process-minded and look for opportunities to streamline for improved efficiency and effectiveness.

You have experience working in cross-functional teams within a corporate environment.

You have strong numerical and analytical skills; problem-solving skills; organization/time management skills and the ability to pay keen attention to details.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications:

Customer Research, Data Analysis and Insights. Masters: Business Administration. Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification.
