Job Title: Associate Project Manager
Are you a dynamic, detail-oriented individual with a knack for project management? We are seeking an Associate Project Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage, track, and analyze key operational data with a cross-functional teamStay informed of best practices and provide innovative ideas to optimize processesDefine project goals and milestones, assign tasks, and track daily activitiesAnticipate and resolve conflicts, aiming for win-win outcomesCreate project plans, roles and responsibility matrices, risk and issues logs, and other key project artifactsPlan and conduct project team meetings, prepare presentation material, project reports, and dashboards
Skills RequiredBA/BS in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Mathematics, life sciences, or other technical discipline. Advanced degree preferredProficiency in Agile principles and experience in Agile project management and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFE, etc.)Ability to influence without authority, drive detailed project planning, and lead project executionProficiency & adaptability with related software tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Miro, Visio, SharePoint, MS Teams, OneNote, Office 365, etc.)Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skillsAbility to quickly learn new concepts and tools
