About ProBio

ProBio proactively provides end-to-end CDMO service from drug discovery to commercialization with proactive strategies, professional solutions and efficient processes in cell and gene therapy (CGT), vaccine, biologics discovery and antibody protein drug to accelerate drug development for customers. ProBio's total cell and gene therapy solution covers CMC of plasmid and virus for IND filing as well as clinical manufacturing and commercial manufacturing. In terms of plasmid service, ProBio supports the most clinical approvals for CGT drugs including mRNA vaccines, CAR-T in China. It is also the first GMP manufacturing platform to provide in vitro transcription (IVT) template linearized plasmids for mRNA vaccines and has supported several mRNA vaccine global enterprises to obtain clinical approvals. Job Scope:

The Project Manager focuses on managing customer projects to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope. The successful candidate should have a solid scientific background, excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving ability, and good business sense. He or she will need to work directly with external clients, coordinate with internal departments, and fit with the collaborative and competitive culture in GenScript.

Key Responsibilities:

Project evaluation: evaluate the project strategy and prepare the service proposal based on client’s request and scientific judgement.

Project management: Coordinate all teams to facilitate the research work, and provide regular feedback/update to client for any project progress/trouble shooting, especially for key accounts.

Work collaboratively with the commercial team and production team to ensure projects can be finished in time.

Help to improve the service platform: Have a deep understanding of the market needs and our competitors. Help to optimize and upgrade our service package and platform technology.

Help with the team's daily operation.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

At least MS degree in life sciences discipline with over 2-year experience; PhD degree is preferred.

Strong customer service awareness, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination ability, strong execution ability.

Solid Molecular biology related technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience.

Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.

Capacity to manage high stress situations.
