Click the apply button to send your application!You will join our Environment & Health DivisionAs our new Air Quality Consultant, you will be part of the Air Sciences Group, which is part of Ramboll’s Environment & Health Division. This group consists of people who are passionate about air quality and assisting Ramboll’s clients with their most challenging problems. The Air Sciences Group consults with clients across various industries on a range of topics, including but not limited to emissions estimation, air dispersion modeling, human health risk assessment, climate change, climate action planning, climate adaptation/resiliency, sustainability initiatives, permitting, and compliance.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesEstimating emissions and conducting engineering evaluations of air pollution sourcesConducting computer modeling of air pollution dispersionPerforming statistical and geospatial analyses of air quality dataAnalyzing pollution control measuresConducting air monitoring and indoor air quality analysisPreparing air quality permit applications and environmental impact reportsConducting air quality and greenhouse gas analyses under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)Working as a team to contribute technical skills on complex projectsCritically reviewing and interpreting local, state, and federal environmental regulationsYour starting point for constant growthFrom the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:B.S. or M.S. in Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering or science discipline (air quality coursework is a plus) with a GPA of 3.5 or higher with a graduation date of May 2023 or earlier0-3 years of air quality or related experienceStrong computing skills including high-level use of spreadsheets and word processingStrong written/verbal communication, problem-solving, and organization skillsDemonstrated capabilities in understanding, interpreting, and applying environmental regulations to real-world situationsProgramming, database, and GIS skills are preferred but not requiredHow to applyApply online.
