Senior Manager of Commercial Operations & Strategy

will utilize expertise in Project Management and Business Analysis to ensure that ABU Operations initiatives are strategically aligned, have well-defined implementation plans, and are executed flawlessly. This role demands a top-notch program/project manager skilled in communicating effectively across all organizational levels, adept at facilitating actions, resolving conflicts, managing relationships, and motivating others to achieve peak performance.With a strong foundation in project management and a strategic mindset, you will provide the vision and processes needed to guide analytical strategy development. Collaborating closely with the ABU Leadership team—particularly with the sales and marketing teams, corporate strategy group, and other key functions such as operations, R&D, Medical, Finance, and supply chain—you will help drive revenue growth in the US and support the global expansion of the ABU business. Additionally, you will serve as the "chief of staff" to the ABU CEO.Own projects and deliverables, from scope/requirements through final execution and monitoring.Organize, direct and coordinate the planning and execution of all activities associated with the strategic projects.Create and execute customized Communication Plans to keep the stakeholders current on the project progress. Also, serve as the communications lead for the ABU coordinating reviews and broad communication channels within and outside of the business.Support cross-functional planning teams to ensure integrated planning process from planning to production to end-user Customer.Drive operational excellence through process, procedures, tooling, training and effective management of KPIs.Manage ongoing implementation, project documentation, and ensure projects and teams stay within utilization and budget targets.Perform analysis of various business opportunities as needed (i.e. Ex-US business opportunity).Serve as “chief of staff” to ABU CEO, coordinating and facilitating reviews such as quarterly BPR, budget, strategy presentations and weekly reports.Work with the Analysts team to build metrics measuring productivity and effectiveness of the ABU business and operational teams.Assist with setting sales and operations goals to meet organization objectives.Represent Jubilant HollisterStier professionally and in a manner that consistently sets an example for the commercial organization.Drive strategic discovery sessions, deep dive workshops and deliver solutions for our strategic direction.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline or hard science required.Minimum 5+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical company.Managerial experience required.Experience in the Allergy therapeutic space.Working knowledge of the pharmaceutical product development and selling process.Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.Understanding of operational, supply chain and manufacturing concepts.Critical interpersonal skills.Strong verbal and written communication required. Must be able to interface on a regular basis with internal and external customers.Focus on “getting things done” with urgency.This position is located in Spokane, WA.Hiring Wage: $108,500 - $178,000 annually depending on experience, with opportunity for growth, promotion and annual raises.
