YOU BELONG AT BAXTER !Your Purpose as a Sales Consultant:Energetically guide guests through the vehicle purchasing process.Generate positive interactions with all guests whether they are company provided leads, referrals, or walk-ins.Serve as an industry expert by staying informed of new products, features, and accessories as well as their benefit to guests.Establish personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals.Participate in on-the-job training on products, features, and special deals.Maintain professional appearance.Other duties as assigned by Management.RequirementsBasic Qualifications:Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle.Additional Qualifications:A team-first always perspective with a desire to win together attitude.An innate desire to help others in all ways possible.Dedicated to creating meaningful outcomes in everything you do.Welcomes difference by seeking, listening, and learning from diverse perspectives.Authentically communicates with transparency, empathy, and kindness.Forever curious and motivated by a passion for continuous improvement.Your Well-Being:Competitive Pay:
Starting salary is $60,000.Flexible Work Schedule:
