1 year project management experience.The Project Manager plans, executes, and monitors budgets, collects payments, and closes out projects. The Project Manager is accountable for the entire project scope, including timelines, quality, and communication. The Project Manager is ultimately responsible for overall client satisfaction throughout the entirety of the project.Project Manager Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.Manage project timelines, schedules, budgets, and quality control.Coordinate and supervise work with construction crews, subcontractors, and clients.Interpret architectural blueprints and drawings.Inspect work sites for regulatory compliance and safety.Address issues and resolve problems that arise during construction.Provide reports and updates to leaders, project team members, and other stakeholders as necessary.Project Manager Requirements:Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager.Knowledge of construction practices, engineering principles, and building codes.Ability to read blueprints and architectural plans.Proficient with project management software.Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.Benefits of working with PrideStaff:Medical, Rx, and Wellness BenefitsDental and Vision Plan OptionsShort-term Disability401(k) Retirement PlanHoliday PaySick PayInterested in this position?
