Be an integral part of helping the Agilent Sales team drive orders and provide world class customer experience by leading the AFO instrument Demo Operations team!As AFO Demo Operations Manager you will manage a team of customer service personnel and provide critical leadership for field sales and support activities. You will partner with sales and service, business units, order fulfillment, global risk management, finance, credit and collections, and other key partners. The role will be closely engaged in inventory management; proposal and contract development, negotiation, and administration; and Certified Pre-Owned sourcing and operations.

This individual plans, organizes, and directs the activities and staff required to provide business-critical solutions for customers, key consulting for the Field, and process controls for multiple internal functions.

As a leader you will develop organizational strategies to align with those of Agilent's external customers, industries and markets and key internal business partners. You will also be responsible for the growth and development of your team.

The role oversees over $24M in instrument demo inventory and is responsible for, and measured on, key financial and customer satisfaction goals.Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent plus directly relevant experience.

Minimum of 2 years' experience formally or informally leading people and/or cross-functional projects or programs.Key capabilities include:Leading successful teams

Cross-function experience

Good communication skills (verbal and written)

Financial acumen
