Job DescriptionThe Specialist, Administration and Operations role is part of the North America Sales Administration and Operations team and is responsible for ensuring that all customer billing is completed accurately and on time.Responsibilities:

In charge of processing of all billing for the Intacct product line in North AmericaEnsure customer billing is accurate and processed within SLAsProcess credits and order adjustments accurately and within SLAsBuild relationships with internal departments and teams to provide a customer focused service for billing needs and all related inquiriesProvide input into working processes being documented, standardized, modified in a controlled manner, waste eliminated while making processes more streamlined and efficientAlignment to Order to Cash/Billing strategy including input into the future direction of the departmentsCover for other Billing Coordinators as requiredParticipate in departmental/companywide projects as requiredQualifications:

2+ years Bill Processing experience, preferably in a technology environmentExperience in a service orientated culture including management of SLAsThorough understanding of end-to-end billing processExperience using Salesforce CRMExperience using Intacct a plusProficient in ExcelExperience managing complex accounts and relationships.Plenty of perks:
