You are a team player who thrives on working collaboratively with both internal and external teams.What you’ll doCoordinate internal and external meetingsBe the point of contact to repair laptops, and grant software permissionsHelp plan out bi-annual retreatsOversee cultural and team building events to maintain a happy and professional workplace; assisting with event preparationOrder onboarding supplies, analyze expenses, and other employee materialsAct as a liaison between any vendorsAssist with new hire onboarding, including scheduling trainings and creating onboarding materialsRun point on preparing for conferences and other in person meetings and eventsHandle sensitive documents and records with a high level of confidentialityServe as a go-to resource for all employeesAssist in ad-hoc administrative tasksYou should haveBachelor’s Degree1-3 years of relevant administrative experienceA positive and outgoing attitudeProficiency with Microsoft Office and related technologiesStrong initiative and the ability to work independentlyHigh-level of resourcefulness, confidence, and problem-solving skillsAn organized and meticulous work ethic, with proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent time management skillsA willingness to take on any task or challenge, great or smallPersonable and professional demeanorBenefits
