Associate Product Manager

to join our

As an Associate Product Manager, you will support the Product Managers in all aspects of the Hot Spring, Caldera, Aquatic Fitness, Freeflow, Fantasy, and Omni-Channel spa lines and aftermarket products, along with saunas, from conceptual stages through product life cycles. This position reports to the Sr. Product Manager, Sauna & Omni-Channel and collaborates with Brand Managers, Product Managers, Program Managers, Customer Experience, Engineering, Operations, and Sales teams, as well as the cross-functional New Product Introduction (NPI) team and other internal groups.YOUR RIPPLE EFFECTAre you driven by a passion for the customer?

We are looking for someone who can translate customer needs into product requirements. You will assist Product Managers with customer, market, and product research to support strategic activities and help identify and analyze product-driven insights.Can you manage product life cycles?

You will assist in the preparation of product development objectives and provide support to track and maintain schedules for all phases of product development and market introduction. You will also help evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of current products, recommend improvements, and assist with product pricing and margin evaluation.Do you work well cross-functionally?

As a member of the cross-functional New Product Introduction (NPI) team, you will participate in meetings and assist Product Managers in project management-related activities. You will collaborate with various departments to support product growth or end-of-life stages.Can you tell the story behind the numbers?

You will maintain and develop sales and marketing reports that support business activity on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. You will provide reporting and analysis to support forecasting, production planning, and product development.Are you a reporting guru?

You will handle part numbers and related information in the ERP system, generate and assist with product-related Change Orders, and maintain pricelists and product-related forms. You will also collect, analyze, and evaluate competitive information and regularly develop and update sales charts and data.Are you an effective communicator?

You will collaborate with Product Managers to prepare presentation materials, develop written internal communications, and create product communications and training for the Sales team and dealers.WHAT YOU BRINGEducation and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent preferred. A minimum of 2-3 years of Product Management or closely related experience, similar in scope to the responsibilities outlined above, is required. Experience should include understanding of consumer products, brand and product positioning, project management, and business use of technology.Skills and Competencies:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate with co-workers, internal departments, service providers, and customers in a fast-paced environment.
