Programmatic Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Programmatic Manager to develop and execute digital advertising campaigns with a focus on programmatic. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing, optimizing, and analyzing data across multiple platforms and DSPs.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS A PROGRAMMATIC MANAGER

Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns, including display, video, social media advertising, with a strong emphasis on programmatic.

Manage and optimize campaigns to meet and exceed performance goals, including KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.

Analyze data and provide insights to inform campaign strategy and optimization.

Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing goals and objectives.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital advertising, including changes in ad platforms and technology as well as rules and regulations.

Manage budgets and track expenses to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

IDEAL BACKGROUND

3+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on programmatic.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Experience managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and DSPs (ideally The Trade Desk and Pulsepoint).

Experience managing and optimizing campaigns across social media channels is a plus.

Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are a plus.

ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE

We anticipate that this person will be most effective onsite at our office in the North Loop area of Minneapolis Monday-Thursday due to the work style of the existing team. The person in this role will routinely work remotely most Fridays, and we will consider an additional routine remote day during the week after initial training is complete. That being said, we do understand that some days are more productive remotely, and we offer additional remote flexibility as needed.
