There are many reasons to build your career at Carter's.HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:This position supports the product development process including building bill of materials (BOMs) and tracking product submits and samples for a specific brand and SBU. This role typically reports into a PDC manager or associate, has no direct reports and is based in our Buckhead office in our hybrid/in-office work environment (4 days/week in office).45%: Essential job functions:

Build and maintain product BOMs with accuracy. Diligently track all changes and communicate with cross-functional partners and the sourcing team to keep all parties informed of product information. Includes quick and accurate resolutions to inquiries and concerns about all product details. Make sure to know all core fabrics and trims used regularly.30%: Essential job functions:

Track and check in samples and submits, making sure appropriate team members are aware of expected arrival and location of checked-in samples. Attend sample review meetings and make notes of issues with samples and help make sure comments are documented and changes happen timely. Build an understanding of calendar deadlines and product development process and critical trigger dates along the product development cycle.15%: Essential job functions:

Support projects and goals of the product development team as requested, including running product development reports. Basic understanding of product costing details and support manager in the costing process.WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:
