Shipping Clerk and Receiving Clerk (part-time)

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Part Time Shipping and Receiving Clerk for our thriving downtown Seattle branch. You would be an integral part of the Operations team, working to ship a growing number of orders, get product in and out of our fulfillment center, and complete general office tasks with a high level of care and accuracy. What you will do
Process all incoming and outgoing shipments – domestic and international
Process returns from our customers
Perform periodic inventory counts
Manage inventory movement through Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP
Maintain shipping supplies (order and organize)
Establish good working relationships with other team members
Foster positive communications and relationships with customers and vendors
Keep up to date on industry trends and developments
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Actively participate in meetings as requested
Other duties as assigned
What you bring
2+ years’ experience in shipping service or warehouse role preferred.
Prior experience working with ERP systems.
Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills in all areas, including phone, email, text messages, etc.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
