The ideal candidate will have a background in business analysis, strategic planning, and data interpretation. This role is for the curious, who thrive on uncovering hidden insights that will shape the organization’s growth strategy. Contribute with a diverse and inclusive team that is rethinking and reimaging ways to make sustainable impacts to the way we build the communities we live and work in.The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering actionable insights!Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop market intelligence data sources to help better understand the business environment within our key markets: water, energy, communications and transportation.Cultivate intelligence for key organizational projects including acquisitions, new product development, major capital projects, significant change initiatives, etc.Communicate key insights to senior leadership through presentations, dashboards, reports, etc.With cross-functional teams, create executable business strategies to sell solutions within key markets.Collaborate with Innovation team to analyze and deepen understanding of ‘edge’ opportunities.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.3-5 years’ experience (ideally in fields such as market or competitive intelligence, management consulting, etc.).
