The Sales and Operations Planning Manager (S&OP) is a member of the Americas Supply Chain Organization and reports to the Regional Supply Chain Manager for Durable Goods and/or Regional Supply Chain Director. Directly and/or indirectly leads team of planner(s) and buyer(s) executing F&P rituals for operations. S&OP Manager manages a Supply Chain team and responsible for optimized sales and operations planning, as well as adherence and execution of the customer service offer and segmentation strategy for the Durable Goods business unit. This role supports 4-6 manufacturing locations across North America.Responsibilities:

Lead Supply Chain Operations for Bostik (Durable Goods) plants, tolling operations, and import of product, including: (40%)Lead the S&OP process and arbitrate shipments based on customer segmentation, service offer and working capital targetsMeasure and coordinate to resolve Plant and PFG Schedule Adherence issues.Develop business cases for changes in supply chain operations; including, but not limited to: debottlenecking, staffing, equipment purchases/releases, lease arrangements, changes in distribution network, etc.Coordinate with global supply chain counterparts for optimized planning and execution activitiesProactively manage the inventory component of working capital to meet or exceed financial targets of the divisionServe as the business coordinator for domestic and international shipmentsImplement logistic savings and cost avoidance initiatives in conjunction with corporate logisticsManage the tolling operations as required by the Sales and Operations planning process and strategy coordinating assets and supply of material componentsServe as Depot Coordinator for specific BU managed warehouses, in compliance with the Logistics Directive D-HS11, managing insurance requirement documents and periodic HES site review and approvalsResponsible for master data integrity: creation/change/obsoleting requestsEnsure SAP material, location, contracts, service purchases are set up and transactions are consistent with Supply Chain and Accounting requirements

Lead the Sales and Operations Planning, Execution process by managing the following activities: (30%)Create Master Supply Plan (12-18 month rolling) by plant & workcenter in support of monthly SIOP to achieve DSI, NPS and OTIF targetsLead S&OP process and meeting and resolve mismatches and gain consensus among all stake holdersImplement and manage swaps and trading opportunities, as applicableManage the demand forecast (vs business plan, revised forecast plan and actual sales) relative to our inventory and production capabilities and adjust accordingly to support the BU financial forecastConvert regional sales forecasts to a supply plan to maximize customer service and optimize production, distribution, and working capital expensesDevelop production volume plan and track the overall execution of the planCollaborate with manufacturing sites on S&OP reviews to ensure timely supply of product and track actual vs. planResolve supply/demand mismatches and employ optimal alternativesOversee finite plant scheduling activitiesPartner with manufacturing and tolling sites to improve production scheduling and raw material procurementProactively manage working capital targets including blocked & aged inventoryMaintain inventory accuracy by ensuring that inventory reconciliation is done in accordance to corporate guidelinesFollow the logistics strategy and execution for domestic and export transportation, inter-plant transfers and fleet management guidelinesDevelop and track appropriate metrics to drive results and continuous improvementChampion changes to the business or forecast strategy as appropriateChampion opportunities to improve supply capabilities as appropriate

Lead Supply Chain initiatives to support business and process improvement, including digitalization: (20%)Execute the BU Service Offer: Monitor adherence, performance and financial impacts via supply chain KPIs and Cash DashboardsServe as the gate-keeper for incorporating new product SKUs into the S&OP process, including material master maintenanceParticipate in the scale-up and commercialization of new productsContribute to the implementation of processes and tools for improved inter-region activities as designated by the Supply Chain DirectorsExecute the BU Service Offer. Monitor adherence, performance, and financial impactsManage the implementation and continuous improvement of digital initiatives, reporting, and process/performance improvement.Manage the adaptation of tools by the broader organizationDevelop procedures and work instructions in support of Global Process Standards, ISO requirements and standard daily workProvide SAP expertise to support new initiatives & implementations, as well as existing processesAnalyze Inventory Reports, develop and facilitate action plans to assure supply plans deliver resulting OTIF, Target DSI and NPS targets

Context and Environment:This position is based in Wauwatosa, WI. Up to 30% travel is expected. This position is a focal point for the business and manufacturing, and works as a liaison between Global Supply Chain, Business Managers, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Logistics, Purchasing, Finance, Marketing, Regulatory, Third Party terminals, warehouses, suppliers, competitors and carriers, etc. to optimize all aspects of the regional supply chain.Heavy use of computer software, both PC based and enterprise system, combined with frequent interpersonal communication.Regular interactions - remotely and in person - with operations contacts.Supports the site HES policy and complies with all regulatory and internal requirementsParticipates in HES activities provided by site management and Arkema Inc. (e.g., Behavioral Base Safety, SafeStart, etc.)Supports and promotes the reporting of all health, safety, environmental, near-miss, accident or injury incidents

Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, Business, or Technical field, MBA or advanced degree is a plus6-8 years of of relevant hands on supply chain planning and operational experience in a multi-site global manufacturing organization.Chemical processing value chain including batch manufacturing capability highly desirableKnowledge and work experience of standard ERP system and data warehouse is a must. SAP experience is highly preferred.Proven knowledge and application of advanced SC planning, inventory management, and project management methodologiesExperience in Transportation Management Systems preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel skills) requiredExperience in SC Optimization Systems (i.e. Picaso) and system integrationsProficient in Power BI DashboardsAPICS Certification is a plusExcellent skills required in SAP including MM/PP, SD and F&PProject Management experience required2 years of Supervisory experience preferred (may be responsible for managing 1 or 2 direct reports)Understanding/management of working capital preferredCompetencies:Customer Focus and Results OrientedStrong interpersonal, organizational and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to create a climate of trust and respectProven ability to perform detailed supply chain modelingAbility to analyze data and provide forecast projectionAbility to initiate and implement process improvementDemonstrated performance in building and growing relationshipsStrong problem solving and collaboration skillsAbility to communicate appropriately, depending on context and nature of the audience
