The KBF Expatriate Tax Services group offers a comprehensive range of services tailored to support our client’s individualized needs. Services include:Expatriate Federal and State Income Tax ComplianceForeign Tax Compliance CoordinationTax Planning for Inbound and Outbound EmployeesTax Equalization Calculations and Policy ReviewHypothetical Tax ConsultationSocial Security/Totalization Planning and AdviceGlobal Mobility ConsultingAs a leader in this space, the group's collaborative, fast-paced, and dynamic environment offers professionals the opportunity to work with both high caliber team members and top-tier clients while maintaining a small firm atmosphere.Responsibilities:

Provide expatriate tax consulting and compliance servicesServe as the primary client service contact for a portfolio of Expatriate Tax clientsProactively recognize opportunities to provide additional servicesAdvise clients of the tax implications relating to their personal and/or business objectivesProactively manage project deadlines to ensure delivery of work products based on client expectations and statutory deadlinesOpenly communicate with partners, clients, and teams about the status, timeline, issues, and progress of projects, tasks, and associated budgetsProactively build relationships and communicate effectively both with the client and internally to provide superior client serviceDevelop self and others through feedback, training, and mentoringStay current on changes within the profession and business environmentQualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university & licensed CPA or Enrolled Agent in their home office stateMinimum 10 years of recent tax experience in public accounting8 years’ recent focus on expatriate and individual tax services4 years’ experience leading and mentoring a team of 2-6 Tax professionalsMotivated, quick learner with strong communication skills and demonstrated professionalismAble to work independently and as part of a teamDemonstrated ability to build and manage client relationships
