Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. The candidate is responsible for the overall experience of our customers, must be a strong communicator, and provide accurate & timely completion of required paperwork. The candidate will compare and evaluate possible customer service solutions and recommend a customized service plan that best meets their needs.
