Marketing and Sales Director Senior Living

River Oaks Senior Living Community is hiring a Marketing and Sales Director.Location: 500 E University Drive, Rochester, MI, 48307We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director to join our team. The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that will increase brand awareness, drive sales, and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns, as well as a deep understanding of the latest marketing trends and technologies.Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives

Manage and oversee all marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives

Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies

Manage and allocate marketing budget effectively

Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Experience with digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media

Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software
