Job Title: Engagement SpecialistLocation: Escondido, CA (Hybrid after training)
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dynamic and motivated Engagement Specialist to join our team in Escondido on a contract basis through the end of December, with the potential for the role to extend further. The position will follow a hybrid schedule after the training period, allowing for both remote and in-office work.
As an Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for interacting with clients and stakeholders to ensure a positive experience, answer inquiries, and resolve concerns. Your role will involve maintaining communication across multiple channels, gathering client feedback, and providing information about products and services.
Key Responsibilities:Review and schedule referrals, update tracking tools, and process supportive servicesGather data for reports and enter journal entries in compliance with State requirementsCommunicate with participants, project units, and County to verify eligibility and encourage appointment attendanceMaintain and reconcile caseloads, track participant status, and ensure accurate case notesReview performance reports, identify data trends, and resolve discrepanciesPerform general office tasks and complete required reports
Qualifications:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh School Diploma or GED equivalentStrong problem-solving abilitiesExperience with Microsoft Office programsValid CA drivers licensePrior experience in customer service or office administration role
Working Hours:40 hours per weekFull-timeOnsite, hybrid after trainingMonday- Friday8:00am-5:00pm PST
Details:Contract role till end of December, potential to go permanentLocated in Escondido, San Diego, CACompensation: $19.00 per hour
