JOB DESCRIPTIONYou are passionate about project management and interest rate risk/liquidity change; this role is for you.

As an Interest Rate Risk Project Team Vice President in the Treasury and the Chief Investment Office (TCIO), you will be responsible for internal project management and direct change execution within the internal Interest Rate Risk Management platform.

You will collaborate with various areas including product or technical sides, participate in top-tier industry changes within the reporting process, and have networking opportunities across widespread team members based in Hong Kong, India, UK, EU, and North America.

Job Responsibilities:

Intake, plan, execute, and communicate all ALM changes into production.

Lead various strategic initiatives, model or system enhancements.

Drive intake processes, facilitate meetings, communicate status updates and changes, build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Ensure Backlog is groomed, transparent, and understood.

Establish requirements, plan the roadmap, and prioritize the book of work.

Perform Impact Assessment and Regression testing and communicate the impacts with stakeholders.

Ensure Data Quality issues or Data Sourcing requirements are clearly understood and appropriate DQM lifecycle is followed for resolution. Engage with tech and upstream to oversee end-to-end implementation.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Business, or Engineering degree).

Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex product development projects.

Advanced knowledge of Jira lifecycle management and other project management tools.

Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

At minimum basic level knowledge of SQL syntax.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Advanced level of SQL syntax, i.e., Microsoft SQL Server.

Ability to independently write complex SQL queries.

Experience with Management Information tools and intelligent automation (i.e., Tableau, Snowflake, Alteryx, Pega).
