Salary:
$94,235 - $108,200 + 15.4% super

About the RoleWe are seeking a range of dynamic leaders to join our Frontline Operations group. As a member of Frontline Operations, you’ll lead and support a team in delivering quality outcomes for our clients. Depending on your area of expertise, you may:
Lead teams in a rostered or scheduled client contact centre environment
Encourage staff engagement, guide capability growth and support positive change management
Provide technical guidance or advice to clients and staff to assist in resolving complex or sensitive issues
Deliver contract management activities that support Commercial Services including outsource contracts for labour, print, and postal services through active and strategic engagement
Deliver tailored and contemporary outcome-focused solutions that optimise debt recovery, influence client behaviour, and facilitate ongoing willing participation in the taxation and superannuation systems
Translate complex insights or technical requirements into actions to resolve a range of procedural or technical issues
