Job DescriptionCompendial Group Leader responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Supervise others in performing client’s service requirements

Coach, train, and develop others within the group with respect to their personal development and effective implementation of operational improvements

Foster motivation and morale

Coordinate workflow and perform daily monitoring to meet TAT

Prepare and review job plans, conduct semiannual performance reviews, interview applicants, keep training records up to date for assigned employees, perform succession planning in preparation for growth

Coach and develop individuals and team to maximize performance

QualificationsThe ideal candidate would possess:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or other related degree concentration or equivalent directly-related experience (two years of directly related industry experience is equivalent to one full-time year of college in a related major)

Analytical laboratory skills.

Experience with the following techniques: color, clarity, visual, pH, osmolality, density, concentration, solid state extraction, HIAC, Karl-Fisher.

Collaborative personality and acute attention to detail.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Good verbal communication, organization, presentation, and technical writing skills.
