Description:

The Procurement System Data Manager will utilize strong system configuration, communication, and data management skills. Working closely with Procurement leadership, this role will ensure consistent, timely, and highly accurate data in Station Casinos’ Procurement Systems (aka ERP ‘Enterprise Resource Planning’ system), assist the Accounting department with related pricing and supplier research and updates, and assist in maintaining and ensuring all related controls are in place and functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Update and maintain ERP Supplier Master.

Update and maintain ERP System Pricing files (weekly, monthly, quarterly, contract) including associated Supplier cross-reference tables.

Update and maintain ERP Item Master additions.

Assist with receiving and inventory items.

Update and maintain ERP Approval Routings (JD Edwards Only).

Maintain Certificate of Insurance Records for Suppliers.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures within the Company culture.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and/or equivalent work experience. Procurement Industry experience with configuration management tools preferred. Experience in utilizing and maintaining Purchasing and Procurement Systems. Knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and core processes (Procure to Pay, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable) and experience in Supply Chain or Procurement preferred. Demonstrated experience determining the impact on existing business systems when system modifications are made. Strong analytical skills with a passion for working with structural data sets. Experience with ERP Systems (Enterprise Resource Planning) or related Purchasing and Procurement Systems, on-premises and/or cloud, such as JD Edwards, Oracle, Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Power BI, Power Query, Teams). Experience processing, filtering, and formatting large quantities of data. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Effective analytical, troubleshooting, and cognitive problem-solving skills.
