Residential Inside Sales Representative for Residential Doors and Hardware
to join our talented team of door professionals. This person will work with an experienced and respected sales team representing and selling our extensive line of residential door products.
What You Will Do:Maintain and oversee retail product linesReceive high volume of incoming telephone callsProcess and maintain customer ordersMaximize margin on salesProvide price quotes and quote follow-upProvide high level of customer service in answering customer inquiries and solving customer challengesUse selling skills to convert sales inquiries to ordersRegularly read trade publications and attend product knowledge (PK) seminars to stay current on industry trends and new product offerings in the Door and Hardware MarketWho You Are:2-5 years of Door and millwork product knowledgeSales and customer service experienceBasic computer skillsPositive outgoing attitudeSelf-motivated, goal orientedAbility to work with others in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentAbility to promote and maintain a TEAM atmosphereAbout JELD-WEN Holding, Inc.JELD-WEN Holding, Inc.
