Logistics Account ExecutiveOur client is looking for a motivated Inside Account Executive to join their team. The Account Executive will be responsible for driving profitable sales by adding new accounts and growing revenue. You will work in an exciting, high-energy environment with an open family vibe. Our client’s Nashville office is growing and looking to add the right individual(s) that share similar goals of: work hard, have fun, and make money.

Responsibilities:
Cold-call and prospect daily, with occasional face-to-face client visits when applicable.Create a book of business around your interests and creatively sell and pitch to new and prospective clients.Quote pricing and negotiate lanes directly with customers.Manage portfolio to maximize profitability.Communicate and honor customers through good and bad times to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.Constantly find new and better solutions to provide our client with a competitive advantage.Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceEnjoys a daily challenge with a very competitive mindset to hit goalsAbility to work both alone and collaborate with other teamsStrong active listening and effective verbal & written communication skillsGood time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectivelyEnjoys being part of a team and organization that really wants everyone to succeed in a fun/friendly environment and being rewarded for your efforts
