Your JobINVISTA is looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Finance Transformation Product Owner to join the finance team! This role would be responsible for partnering to advance a significant finance transformation project by reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating user needs to create system solutions that align with overall vision. This role will focus on delivery of technology/concepts in the Margin space.As a member of the Margin Workstream team, the successful candidate would be responsible for acting as a Finance/Accounting liaison between the business, stakeholders, IT, and subject matter experts. The candidate should have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to effectively challenge to ensure the end state achieves the vision of the project.The Finance Transformation Product Owner will interact with various capabilities and levels within the organization; therefore, strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential for this opportunity.What You Will DoSeek an understanding of business outcomes to clearly communicate requirements.Defining and creating future state processes and driving delivery through partnership with IT.Partnering with IT to evaluate solutions and make risk-based decisions on alternatives.Actively participating in the challenge process and raising concerns/constraints to workstream leader.Engaging with subject matter experts across Accounting, Finance, and IT to ensure best knowledge is utilized.Being a champion of effective change management by proactively partnering within the accounting & finance organization & change management leader on future state processes and outcomes.Participating in prioritization of key deliverables throughout the project and ensuring that gaps post go-live are identified and addressed in a timely manner.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience with integrated financial systems, accounting systems, database structure.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or Office 365; that includes Advanced Excel and Access skills (spreadsheet creation/editing, pivot tables, graphs, data manipulation/analysis and formula creation).This role is not eligible for VISA sponsorship.What Will Put You AheadExperience with Mark-to-Market, base inventory, and economic story telling.Finance/Operations Accounting experience in a manufacturing organization.SAP or other large ERP, integrated system experience.Project management experience.Experience with Business Intelligence tools for data visualization and data mining/blending such as PowerBI or other software.At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
