We are currently seeking a skilled

Senior Inventory Planner

to leverage our ever-evolving data to enable accurate visibility of inventory and forecast demand for Havenly’s brands. As part of the Analytics Team, you’ll deliver critical insights about the levers used to grow our businesses. Your analyses will serve as the basis for markdowns, inventory investments and other strategic decisions. This is an opportunity to gain experience in a cross-functional role working closely with Supply Chain, Product Development and Merchandising teams to provide purchase order recommendations, expected container volumes and raw material needs.

What You’ll Do:

Build, maintain, and improve procedures and tools that provide data driven SKU-level inventory plans for existing products, new launches, and item phase-outs.

Implement an open-to-buy strategy, monitoring inventory levels and on-order quantities, to actively provide weekly purchase orders to Supply Chain that anticipates demand and meets ideal stock levels.

Review historical sales trends and analyze demand drivers to develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.

Collaborate with appropriate teams on projections and reporting for new product launches, waitlist releases, marketing/catalog features, etc.

Provide Monthly forecasts to the Supply Chain team to optimize raw materials, production costs, supplier capacity and freight resources to ensure proper flow of order fulfillment and cost mitigation.

Who You Are:

BA/BS or higher degree or equivalent experience

Minimum of 3-5 years in demand planning and inventory management of DTC consumer goods (Home Goods a plus).

Analytical thinker with strong statistical skills and a desire to drive results by making data-informed decisions.

Working knowledge of retail math, inventory planning concepts, manufacturing and logistics processes.

Advanced proficiency in Excel.

An aptitude and interest to learn new technologies and tools quickly. Experience in SQL preferred, Python a plus.

Comfortable leveraging data from multiple sources. Proficient in data manipulation, cleansing and management with a high attention to detail to ensure integrity and accuracy of outputs.

Experience with ecom platforms, ERPs, WMS and BI tools. (Shopify/Magento, Netsuite, Looker/Tableau etc.)

Team player who builds effective cross-functional relationships easily.

Prioritizes appropriately, manages time effectively, meets deadlines and copes well with change.

Additional Details:

This is a full-time exempt position.

This is a hybrid position with an expectation of working ~2 days per week in our Dallas, TX office.

Targeted compensation range for this role: $80-95K/year, dependent upon experience.
