This position will be located in Goleta, CA or Oxnard, CA and will be required to travel to the other location, approximately 10% of the time.The Business Management Manager 2 will be a direct report to Business Management and matrix to the Deployable Systems Operating Unit Product Director. The Manager will partner with the Operating Unit Director and Program Managers to manage all financial aspects to achieve the Business Unit’s financial and strategic objectives. Responsibilities include:Coordinate and lead all business management functions including quarterly EAC process, financial forecasting, monthly reporting, earned value management, and pricing.Provide direct management for a program cost team that resides at multiple locations.Provide financial business analysis and reporting, clearly communicating with senior management regarding financial program status.Coordinate and develop business strategy with both BU FP&A and OU Product Director for accurate forecasting and long-range planning.Oversee key line forecasting, work authorization, implementation of EV reporting, program budgeting, estimate at complete development, and various financial reporting activities.Coordinate cost and schedule analyses and prepare reports to ensure contracts are within negotiated cost and schedule parameters.Assist in coordinating proposals from draft RFP to award, including review of RFP, FAR clauses, and pricing strategies.Manage risks with multiple contract types from both an execution and financial perspective.The successful candidate must have a proven track record in leading a diverse team and promoting the professional development of the business management workforce. Additionally, the ideal candidate must possess the following KEY attributes:Leadership – Ability to hold teammates accountable to due dates.Interpersonal Skills – Effective communicator, works well with teammates.Agility – Comfortable in non-standardized environments.Organized – Capable of managing multiple time-sensitive deliverables.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related experience - OR Master's degree with 6+ years of related experience.Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.Experience with program proposals, cost and schedule control, program budgeting, and forecasting.Earned Value (EVM) and financial reporting experience.Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD security clearance (Secret, Top-Secret, etc.).Preferred Qualifications:MBAExperience in managing EACs on challenging programs.Experience working with CostPoint and IBM Planning and Analytics tools.Familiarity with the risk management process and S-Curve modeling.Experience with ERP Systems and MS Project.Salary Range:

$125,500 - $188,300The above salary range represents a general guideline; Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers.
