Experience Requirements:

Spark Power (USA) LLC, Fort Worth, TX seeks a National Operations & OpEx Manager, Technical Services USA. The role involves developing key corporate OpEx processes and initiatives to facilitate growth of the U.S. business in alignment with the vision and policy objectives established, and delegating the implementation of these to subordinate management and associates. Responsibilities include:

Using Continuous Improvement principles including Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA), Value Stream Mapping, and methods for end-to-end operational process improvement.

Providing strategic direction on the implementation of continuous improvement processes across all business functions.

Directing, controlling, and monitoring Project Darwin to manage, integrate, and scale day-to-day business functions.

Managing Profit and Loss responsibility for the entirety of the US Technical Services entities of Spark Power.

Ensuring safety, quality, and project execution across 500+ projects annually.

Overseeing the management of complex EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) projects.

Managing client and project stakeholders while ensuring adherence to standards of conduct.

Performing all aspects of contract negotiation and administration.

Implementing and maintaining ERP systems with administrative responsibility for each US subsidiary.

Traveling 10% of the time within the US to meet with company officials regarding operations.

Specific Experience and Job Duties:

Experience must include Power industry operations and leadership, including Low/Medium/High Voltage Construction and Commissioning, NETA, and Renewables.

Managing the entire bid process for multi-disciplinary operations including Engineering, Construction, NETA Testing, and Maintenance.

Navigating complex bid requirements and deadlines, including NETA Testing operations and standards.

Crafting comprehensive and legally sound contracts tailored to meet the unique needs of clients and projects.

Using project accounting and finance in various contract pricing mechanisms.

Communicating with and presenting to C-level executives and senior leadership.
