As the QHSE Director, you will lead Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives by focusing on establishing a quality control and safety culture within our client's organization and managing the company's corporate safety program. Our client is largely focused in the maritime space as well as construction and will work closely with clients that our client has agreements with (in maritime and construction). This will involve building a strong QHSE culture within the organization while developing policies, procedures, etc.NOTE:
This starts out as an individual contributor role.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree highly desired4+ years experience as a QHSE Lead, Specialist, Supervisor, or ManagerComfortable in an individual contributor roleExperience in the maritime industryCivil construction experience highly desiredStrong communication skillsWilling to travel at timesMust be within a commutable distance to New OrleansComfortable with in-office workMust be a US Citizen / US Permanent Resident
