POSITION SUMMARY

:Manages & oversees the daily operations & deposit portfolio for Specialty Group.Responsible for the prescreening, negotiating, and coordination of the closing of a variety of trust/estate/fiduciary account and complex business deposit relationships and actively sells bank’s treasury management products and other services.Strong presentation and communication skills: Demonstrated ability to actively listen to clients, Center of Influence, and prospects, effectively identifying their needs and transforming those insights into compelling market solutions or increasing the level of client satisfaction.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

:Portfolio Management (100%)Focus on building relationships and completing timely follow-up to ensure issues are resolved and customers or centers of influence are satisfied.Demonstrates a consistent application of exceptional decision-making practices when addressing inquiries, approvals, and requests in line with existing policies and procedures.Responds timely to inbound inquiries, answers questions, and brings in proper Bank personnel if necessary.Collects all essential information required to present a deposit or treasury management opportunity for management’s approval; meets with new/potential customers.Works with Team Lead to service the portfolio as needed, collaborating with Treasury Management Sales, onboarding, and Customer Support Services teams to complete client requests.Exhibits a commitment to understanding others’ opinions; engages in giving and receiving feedback; helps create a positive and cohesive team atmosphere.Reviews and analyzes market research data to develop expertise in the trust/fiduciary segment as well as develop recommendations regarding products and services focused on the needs of existing clients or potential clients.Ability to travel, attend conferences, and engage with attendees about bank products and services.Participates in trust/estate-related associations and networking events to market products and solutions the Bank offers.Assesses and minimizes risks on more complex deposit relationships by following operational standard procedures, identifying suspicious/inconsistent activities, notifying appropriate parties, and taking appropriate actions.Responsible for reviewing court orders and legal documents, collaborating with legal, compliance, and CBS teams to implement the new account process, and meeting with professionals and their clients to sign new account documents.Develops relationships with Centers of Influence by maintaining consistent contact, sharing best practices and value propositions.Serves as the primary liaison and trusted advisor by closely collaborating with product partners and cross-functional Operational and Risk teams to design and implement integrated banking solutions.Identifies opportunities to introduce customers to other lines of business.Communicates accurately and concisely to different departments/functional groups to share knowledge & support the Fiduciary/Attorney segment, particularly when the Team Lead is out.Must be high energy, self-motivated, and have a desire to succeed based on own efforts.Performs related duties, as required, for training and development purposes.Performs all assigned duties under the Bank’s compliance programs and related laws & regulations.Successfully completes all mandatory training on related Bank’s and BSA compliance as well as other laws and regulations as assigned and in a timely manner.Performs other related duties/projects as assigned.Education, Experience and Skills Required

:College degree or equivalent work experience.5+ years of experience in a relationship management role.Experience in deposit acquisition is preferred. Fiduciary, Trust & Estate experience is a plus but not required.Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills.Intermediate knowledge of general bank operations including deposit onboarding/operations, treasury management, and/or other commercial banking products and services.Ability to learn and adjust effectively to new information and systems.Proven track record of maintaining and enhancing existing relationships.Effective Task Management: Skilled in prioritizing and executing tasks to ensure timely completion.Proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Word, and Excel.PHYSICAL DEMANDS

:Minimum mobility to work in an office setting; sit for prolonged periods of time; operate office equipment including use of a computer keyboard; and reach with hands and arms. Employees are occasionally required to walk and stand and lift and move records and documents weighing 30 pounds or less.COMMUNICATION DEMANDS

:Standard office environment. Noise level in work environment is usually average. Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.COMPENSATION:The base pay range for this position is USD $55,000.00/Yr. - USD $75,000.00/Yr plus full benefits. Exact offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
