Responsibilities include strategic planning, execution, and outcome assessment; developing and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as Sloan faculty and staff, alumni, and vendors; serving as a member of the admissions committee, reading applications, interviewing candidates, and participating in and leading recruiting events.Job Requirements:Required:
Bachelor's degree; minimum of 1 year of admissions experience at MIT; knowledge of technology used to support these initiatives (e.g., SLATE); robust project management skills including leading projects, setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and motivating project teams; a continuous improvement mindset with the initiative to seek out ways to perform duties with greater efficiency and accuracy; exceptional presentation skills; self-directed and initiative-taking with an interest in learning and fostering innovation; ability to manage ambiguity and navigate change.Preferred:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; knowledge of MIT and MIT Sloan; experience with or knowledge of SLATE or project management systems (e.g., Smartsheet).Salary range:
$54,820 - $72,175 - $89,530, based on related experience, expertise, and internal equity. New hires can expect pay between the minimum and midpoint of the range.
