Location: Cambridge, MassachusettsJob Number: 24436Functional Area: AdministrationDepartment: MIT Sloan AdmissionsSchool Area: Sloan School of ManagementEmployment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)Employment Category: ExemptSchedule: Not specifiedJob Description:ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, EVALUATION AND ENROLLMENT, MIT Sloan Admissions, is responsible for supporting strategies and implementing initiatives to assess and enroll candidates applying to the Sloan Masters Programs (MBA, MFin, MBAn, MSMS, and Sloan Fellows MBA). Responsibilities include strategic planning, execution, and outcome assessment; developing and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as Sloan faculty and staff, alumni, and vendors; serving as a member of the admissions committee, reading applications, interviewing candidates, and participating in and leading recruiting events.Job Requirements:Required:

Bachelor's degree; minimum of 1 year of admissions experience at MIT; knowledge of technology used to support these initiatives (e.g., SLATE); robust project management skills including leading projects, setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and motivating project teams; a continuous improvement mindset with the initiative to seek out ways to perform duties with greater efficiency and accuracy; exceptional presentation skills; self-directed and initiative-taking with an interest in learning and fostering innovation; ability to manage ambiguity and navigate change.Preferred:

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; knowledge of MIT and MIT Sloan; experience with or knowledge of SLATE or project management systems (e.g., Smartsheet).Salary range:

$54,820 - $72,175 - $89,530, based on related experience, expertise, and internal equity. New hires can expect pay between the minimum and midpoint of the range.
