Technical Services Associate

for our

Technical Services Department.

This position offers a lot of growth potential within our Technical Services Department and sets the employee up to be able to grow within the company. This is based in Somerville, MA and will be fully onsite.Essential responsibilities and duties include:

Strong communication with internal and external customers while maintaining a professional attitudeDisplay leadership and teamwork among Technical Services Group by overseeing the team's daily required tasksWork with the Technical Services Representatives to ensure high-level customer service during job preparation and executionProvide administrative support to the Technical Services departmentCollaborate with each New England Operations department to drive solutionsDevelop understanding of the Environmental Health & Safety field and the state and federal regulations that impact the industry (Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) & Department of Transportation (DOT))Assist in data entry for job paperwork in the officeOrganize and file environmental documents, including inbound waste profiles, profile approvals, and manifestsPrepare work-orders for upcoming field projectsContact clients and schedule various environmental servicesTrack client shipment volumes and ensure reports are sent out to appropriate clientsCreate client invoices based off of job paperworkBasic Requirements:

Bachelor's or Associate's degree requiredEagerness to learn about the Environmental Health & Safety FieldProficient in Word, Excel, OutlookAbility to multitask and be detail-orientedAbility to work in a fast-paced work environmentPrior customer service experienceMust be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorshipMust have a reliable form of transportationPreferred Requirements:
